- Workshops & bootcamps
3. Engagement Terms
Each project requires a Statement of Work (SOW) specifying:
- Deliverables
- Timelines
- Payment terms
- Acceptance criteria
- 50% deposit required before work begins (for development projects)
- Education services may require full upfront payment
- Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest
Material changes to SOW require:
- Written request
- Revised cost estimate
- Mutual agreement
4. Intellectual Property

- Certification: Requires completion of all assignments and passing grade
- Prohibited: Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials
6. Warranties & Limitations
Company Warranties

- Compliance with SOW specifications
Limitations
- No guarantee of specific results
- Not liable for third-party systems
- Max liability = fees paid for relevant service
7. Termination
By Company
May terminate for:
- Non-payment (after 15 days notice)
- Material breach of Terms
- Force majeure events
By Client
May terminate with:
- 30 days written notice
- Payment for work completed
- Early termination fees if applicable
